As the Performance Marketing Manager you will manage our agencies to ensure they are focussed on acquisition and making sure Trint is discovered at the right time, via the right channels, and at the right cost. You will be responsible for lead generation via our paid channels. Your responsibilities will include allocating our substantial budget to test, learn and scale our marketing channels. Additionally, you will be responsible for growing our lead generation pipeline for our enterprise sales team.Why we’re hiring for this role:We need a Performance Marketing Manager to come in and optimize our paid marketing channels while growing our lead generation pipeline.Key responsibilities:Determining the most effective media mix for our advertising based on ROI and brand awarenessAllocating assigned budgets and overseeing paid media platform accounts to drive leads and direct salesCoordinating, monitoring and evaluating campaigns and strategies, including in non-English speaking localesOversee an agency that manages our paid social and search campaignsManage any channel relationships i.e. Google, LinkedIn, etc.Shape and implement lead generation strategies for Enterprise customersTracking KPIs and reporting on performanceTroubleshooting channel performance and implementing mitigation strategiesTech stack (if applicable):Google suiteLooker or equivalentLinkedIn/Microsoft suiteMeta suiteImpactHubSpotRequired skills:Technicals:B2B Marketing experience in Performance Marketing and/or Demand Gen type teamsStrong analytical skills, with experience in data analysis and reportingExperience with revenue focused optimizationBroad knowledge of marketing channelsFamiliarity with campaign evaluation metrics and budgetingWorking knowledge of analytics tools (e.g. Omni, Google Analytics etc)Managerial and Communication skills:Excellent communication and teamwork skills, especially in the context of cross-functional teamsExperience with SaaS companies, B2B focus is a bonusHelpful but not essential skills and qualities:Experience in conversion rate optimisationExperience managing agenciesExperience in Localising campaignsExperience with the Product-Led Growth business modelUnlimited holiday + flexible working opportunitiesVitality private health insuranceEnhanced parental leaveCycle to Work schemeIn-house yoga (currently virtual sessions)Critical Illness CoverIncome protection + critical illness insurancePlease mention you found this job on Startup Jobs.
