Currently seeking an enthusiastic 1st Line Support Technician to join a growing team. This role requires a self-motivated engineer with excellent communication skills and strong technical troubleshooting ability. You should have at least 1 years' experience supporting Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and PC building within a corporate environment.
As a member of the team, you'll be responsible for:
Providing onsite 1st line support
Working at customer sites as required
Proactive desktop monitoring ️
Daily checks
Hardware installation and maintenance
Providing out-of-hours support where required ️

Great customer feedback

Problem-solving abilities

Experience with Microsoft Windows (Mac desirable), hardware, and software experience
The ability to work effectively in a team while remaining productive during slow periods
