The Role
We are looking for a creative and well skilled 3D Visuliser to join our 3D Still Image team. With a passion for architectural visualisation the ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D modelling, lighting, texturing, rendering, and animation, with a keen eye for detail and a creative mindset.
This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the art of visulisation within a supportive and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in digital art and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and workflows.
As a 3D Artist, you will be responsible for transforming architectural concepts and designs into stunning visualisations that bring our projects to life.
Being passionate about 3D and appreciating the unique processes that coincide with producing high quality images, will be essential to the success of each project.
You will have a good eye for detail and produce design work to the highest possible standard in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities
Assist senior 3D artists in creating high-quality 3D models of architectural designs using industry-standard software such 3DsMax, Corona renderer and similar software.
Develop photorealistic renderings and animations that accurately represent the intended design aesthetic and atmosphere.
Collaborate with project leads to understand project requirements and objectives.
Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas and insights.
Continue to learn and apply texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques to enhance visualisations.
Iterate on designs based on feedback from senior team members and clients to refine the final output and ensure alignment with project goals.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D visualisation techniques to continuously improve skills and workflows.
Collaborate and work in a cohesive and immersive way across all departments including our 3D animation team to develop and meet the needs of the project and client.
Collaborate with project leads to understand project requirements and objectives.
Enhance visualisations with textures, lighting, and other effects to achieve desired realism and visual impact.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.
Adhereing to inhouse workflows, you will assist with finding and creating all the required assets needed for the project to contribute to the scene creation both effectively and efficiently.
Analyse briefs for projects and develop ideas into design content.
Supporting the production of final reports, documents and presentations that meet deadline submissions.
Assist in the presentation of ideas to Directors, Senior Management, Clients and Key Stakeholders.
Essential Skills
Proven experience in creating excellent photo realistic images using Corona render, Photoshop and other software that showcases architectural visualisation projects.
Advance skills in using 3ds Max for 3d modelling, texturing, lighting, and rendering techniques.
Advance knowledge in Corona Renderer and Photoshop.
Excellent 3D fundamental knowledge
Experience in optimising scenes and assets for 3Dsmax, Corona.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
An artistic and creative eye.
Willing to learn and experiment.
Strong communication skills.
The ability to work efficiently to meet all deadlines.
Proactive and positive can-do attitude.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural drawings and concepts.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A passion for architecture, design, and visual storytelling.
Experience with using Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud and other presenting software.
Desired Skills
The ability to sketch out ideas and experiment with tracing and freehand.
Good presentation skills.
A good understanding and open approach to working and learning current and new AI tools to enhance the quality of the produced images including but not limited to Mid-Journey, Magnific AI, Stable Diffusion, Runway and Leonardo.
Knowledge of CAD sofware such as Rhino or Revit.
An interest in Photography, Visual Art and/or Design
