The Advocate Group are partnered with an award winning retail marketing agency in Northamptonshire, to find them an Account Director to join their client services function.
This person will have a pivotal role in leading the core accounts in the FMCG and Consumer Goods sector, building trustworthy relationships and delivering on agreed projects.
This role will suit a proven Senior Account Manager/Account Director with experience in retail marketing and customer service!

What will you be responsible for?
Financial Management – keeping sight of al llive projects and clients.
Lead and inspire a small team of a Senior Account Manager, Account Manager & Executive.
Successful relationship development with senior client stakeholders.
Contribute to and work towards a Key Account Plan for clients.
