More details at interview stage………We are currently seeking a highly motivated Account Manager / Customer Relations Advisor to join our client based in Grantham on a permanent basis as part of a small team of Account Managers. Your responsibility is to address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships dealing with queries and upselling.Your responsibilities will include:Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of your solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryAll candidates will preferably have the following requirements:Proven work experience within a sales and customer services focused relevant roleDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisationExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening and negotiation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsBenefits include:Competitive salary.Auto enrolment pension scheme.A Personal Development PlanFree On-Site Car ParkingCasual dressFun, friendly and motivating environmentJob Types: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £24,000.00-£28,000.00 per year dependant on experience Working hours - 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday with some flexibility for the right candidateIf you are a dedicated and results-oriented professional with a passion for customer care, we would love to hear from you.
