My client is looking for an Account Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate would have experience working in an Account Manager role, be confident customer facing role and have great communication skills both over the phone and via email.

Duties:

• Dealing with client calls focusing on service delievery


• Building long term relationships with key accounts


• Respond to customer enquiries via emails


• Amend and maintain accurate records on CRM System


• Manage Customer Accounts


• Provide great customer service


• Upsell different services/ products
