Assist CFO and accountants in production of management accountsCollate and process expenses in a timely manorPreparing payment runsActing as first contact for outsourcedAccounts teams Office
Manage and oversee all administrative tasks in the officeAssist with document control for projectsKeep work management toolup to date and facilitate trainingMaintain office efficiency by implementing and improving office systems,policies, and proceduresCoordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangementsfor management teamManage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary HR
Supervise and provide guidance to office staff, including arranging trainingand assisting with performance evaluationsAssist with recruitment related tasksHandle sensitive information in a confidential mannerAssist with human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, andemployee relationsEnsure all office equipment is properly maintained and servicedActing as first contact for outsourced HR and Accounts teams This is growing business so some of the duties above will happen over time.
