Job Duties:
- Lead and manage the accounts payable team
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments
- Oversee reconciliation of vendor accounts
- Implement and maintain accounts payable policies and procedures
- Resolve escalated issues and discrepancies
- Provide training and guidance to team members
- Generate reports and analysis related to accounts payable
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years in accounts payable
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of VAT regulations and tax laws
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to analyse data and identify trends
- Strong problem-solving skills
Working Conditions:
- Office-based role
- Full-time hours, Monday to Friday
- Occasional overtime may be required
