Full TimeJob DescriptionWe are delighted to be partnered with our client, an established and highly reputable accountancy and financial services based business as they seek to recruit an Accounts Senior to join their experienced and friendly team, within their offices in UckfieldThis is an excellent opportunity to join a small but busy team within a very successful organisation.Accounts SeniorFull time permanent role - office based but with flexibility to work from home on occasionsMon-Fri (Apply online only)Role based in Uckfield. There is free parking available on the streets close to the office. The office is also around 5-10 mins walk from the nearest mainline station.Salary - 40000- 42000 per annum plus very good company benefitsThis is an excellent opportunity to work within an established and successful organisation.Duties will include:Lead client accounts engagements (planning, directing and completion)Supervise junior members of staffResearch and analyse financial statementsProduce statutory accounts and draft tax computationsMonitor the progress of jobs to ensure that budgets are metDraft client letters and billsPro-actively interact with the management of key clients to gather information, resolve problems and make recommendations for business and process improvementsExperience, competencies and knowledge required:ACA/ACCA qualified with a demonstrable track record of accounts experience in an accountancy practiceExcellent technical knowledge of accounting standards, corporation tax, VAT and P11DsAbility to perform to a high technical and professional standardFor more information regarding this new and exciting opportunity, please apply now!
