Trinity Manor Care Home is looking to recruit a Activities Coordinator on a Full-Time, Permanent basis with contracts for 30 hours.
Our contemporary and cutting-edge care home is based in Stratford upon Avon. We are proud to offer the following; Residential Care, Dementia Care, Nursing Care, Respite Care, Palliative Care and End of Life Care for up to 83 residents.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
As an Activities Coordinator you will be creating monthly calendars for residents and assisting in marketing events.
Maintaining a daily log of activity participation and filing participation sheets in residents charts.
Escorting residents to doctor appointments and attending weekly care plan meeting.
