IMH are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Team Leader to work with our client who deal with imports post-Brexit. This is an exciting and varied role in which all relevant training will be provided.Typical duties: Oversee and manage daily operations during assigned shifts Ensure smooth and efficient workflow Train and supervise team members Delegate tasks and responsibilities to team members Monitor and maintain quality standards Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and issues Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Maintain a clean and organised work environmentWho are we looking for?
