20 May 2024 Adult Carers Support WorkerPKAVS Carers Hub supports unpaid carers of all ages who are living in Perth & Kinross and caring for family, partners, friends or neighbours. Our trained support workers and volunteers help over 2500 adult carers retain a life outside of caring and develop skills or interests to enhance their own lives.We are looking for a highly motivated person to join our supportive dynamic team as an Adult Carers Support Worker. You will provide information, advice and support to help carers achieve positive outcomes in their lives and caring roles. You will act in the best interest of carers and those they care for, taking into account current legislation.
