Agile Project Manager

Agile Project Manager - Lloyd's of London Market - Contract - Outside IR35 - Hybrid/London

Agile Project Manager is required for a digital first syndicate from the Lloyd's Market, transforming the insurance industry with its cloud native approach, focusing on using modern technology and innovative tech practices.

The role will be joining their Data and Analytics team and helping with ongoing work across various parts of the business, facilitating the delivery of change in accordance with their change framework, maintaining projects' backlog and effectively managing stakeholders at all levels.

Experience as a Project Manager, working for a syndicate from the Lloyd's specialty insurance market is a must.

Record of successfully delivered projects across Data Warehouse / Data Platform / Data Analytics would be highly beneficial.

This is an Outside IR35 contract, with a day rate of £600 - £700, for an initial 6 months and 3 days working from the office in London.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for strategy, performance and successful delivery of the project
• Manages the interface with the client's project organisation to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of a project in line with the commercial, contractual and financial requirements of the contract
• Monitoring of project schedules, financial tracking, risks and issues plus associated project documentation and support
• Provide expert guidance and direction by leading, managing and controlling assigned technical personnel including Project Teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager working on-site or directly for a syndicate from the Lloyd's of London Specialty Insurance Market
• Experienced in mobilizing and successfully delivering of projects in an agile environment
• Proven track record of influencing and managing and stakeholders from all levels
• A real interest in problem solving and focus on final outcomes
• Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and display initiative
