Their in depth, extensive knowledge has earnt them an excellent reputation for delivering expert forward thinking designs that exceed client expectations and ensure a positive impact on surrounding communities. My clients are seeking a passionate Architectural Technician with strong Revit skills to join the team in Manchester.

The successful Architectural Technician will be a proficient user of Revit with a few years of post-qualification experience working across a range of sectors including residential and commercial and be keen to help input to company growth.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

  • A relevant HND/ HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
  • Substantial post qualification experience working in an Architectural Practice
  • Strong technical abilities with Revit is essential
  • Experience working in a medium to large Architectural practice
  • Experience working on residential, commercial
  • It would be advantageous to have experience on healthcare projects
  • Confident producing tender and construction packages in Revit
  • Capable at meeting project deadlines and manging workload efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working towards Chartership
  • Comprehensive understanding of current regulations and legislations
  • Ability to produce high quality detailed design drawings
  • Help to manage the emergent technical team members
  • Be local to Manchester
