Archives, Records & Mail Specialist (6 month FTC)Job No. 33100Posted on: 04/04/2024City of London6 Month ContractStart Date: 06/05/2024Archives, Records & Mail Specialist - City of London - £29,000 pro rata - 9am-6pmOur prestigious London client is seeking an experienced Archives, Records & Mailroom Specialist who will be responsible for the barcoding, safe storage and retrieval of all documentation generated within the London office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be PC literate.Candidate Responsibilities:Accurately create and deliver barcodes when requested.Respond to client requests accurately, maintaining the highest level of service at all timesEnsure all requests are completed in a timely mannerQuality check information entered onto the record management system and ensure all new records are registered onto the system, advising of any duplicates or errors that may arise.Retrieve information from the filing system when requestedLiaise with off-site storage providers to process requests of records for deliveryPhysically handle archive boxes and files with the use of trolleys to deliver to and collect from Clients on various floors.Maintain the records management system and perform data entry tasksIdeally you will have:Experience of record management systems – barcoding and accurate data entry.A strong understanding of storage procedures and processesStrong organisational and time management skillsSome mailroom experience is also desirable.Please log in to apply for this job role.Are you sure you want to apply for this job?
