Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum plus company car or car allowance

Area Manager: Key Responsibilities:

• Increasing sales by maximising store availability and optimising merchandising with your store management teams
• Personal development of store managers and their teams to increase performance and nurture future talent.
• Achievement of KPI’s through effective coaching and leadership
• Engagement of national and international colleagues, taking ownership across a range of tasks and projects, providing support to other Area Manager’s as required
• Ensuring store environments offer excellent customer experience
• Leading by example with a pragmatic and goal orientated approach
