Job Responsibilities:
Alongside the wider finance team, you will play a key role in our Finance Transformation agenda, including maximising opportunity from evolving digital tools and analytical methodologies. You will also be an advocate for the inclusive culture of our Finance function with a strong focus on supporting colleagues and enabling those around you.
The Retail Finance team business partners our c650 stores, central retail operations and people function. The team plays a key role in ensuring we deliver the company plan, through influencing sales performance and cost control, providing high-quality insight, independent oversight and challenge, holding teams to account on overall P&L/KRA delivery.
Job Requirements:
You will have strong analytical skills and be able to evidence the use of data to influence, support and guide these senior stakeholders
You may be a qualified accountant either ACA, CIMA, ACCA or MBA but this is not essential
You will have a demonstrable track record of influencing senior
operational & commercial stakeholders to improve and drive business performance
You may have c. 3 to 5 years within a commercial/finance business
partnering position or similar commercial performance advisory based role
