Asset Management Analyst

We are working with an award winning and extremely well backed residential developer who are looking for an Asset Management Analyst to join their team.The Asset Management Analyst will:Have a relevant degree - Finance, Economics, Maths or real estateHave strong financial modelling skillsHave a passion for residential real estate with 1yr+ in a real estate position or internshipsProactive and work under pressure to achieve tight deadlinesResponsibilities:Designing, amending and updating financial models and reportsPresenting project performance findings to investorsDevelop collaborative and trusting relationships with key stakeholdersNegotiate contracts with third-party
providers/suppliers,
