Asset Management Officer needed in Tredomen Paying
£19 per hr ref 5248579
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Manage an effective Housing Asset Management System to ensure the information held is robust enough to drive the operational process of the Housing Building Maintenance service
Conduct full scale property asset reviews and options appraisals to assist in identifying additional programmes of work against potential future investment and/or resource availability and react to any new legislation.
Monitor performance of programmes in relation to asset compliance and programme completions and ensure accurate recording of asset data is maintained for future work programmes.
Monitor all Stock Condition Surveys, Housing Health and Safety Rating System assessments, planned programmes and projects are in accordance with corporate and divisional performance plans and objectives to ensure compliance, including validation processes, target setting and measuring of programmes/contract completions.
