Asset Surveyor

TSA surveying is in an exciting�partnership with a prominent building surveying consultancy. The firm is searching for a permanent Asset/Stock Condition Surveyor to support their expanding business

You will be responsible for:

• Conducting Domestic Energy Assessments within residential properties


• Be the lead surveyor on new projects


• Assisting in the testing of systems and procedures.


• Updating clients on progress and issues affecting fieldwork


• Briefing and co-ordinating surveyors


• Providing guidance for surveyors within the team.


• Liaising with the project managers within the team


• Staying up to date on current regulations and best practice�regarding energy efficiency

The ideal candidate must be an accredited Domestic Energy Assessor, ideally with experience conducting surveys within social housing properties. Experience in team leadership roles is also desirable
