I am currently recruiting for an Assistant Bar Manager to join this luxury hotel set in this historic estate in Essex. My client is looking for someone who has a passion for cocktails and who is looking to develop their career.

About the position

Responsible for a smooth running of all the Bar
*
Help manage and train staff to the highest level
*
Work closely with all departments to ensure the best results are met

Support the Bar Manager with orders & stock takes
*
Ensure that the guests are given the highest level of service
The successful candidate
*
Previous experience working behind a bar
*
A passion for cocktails, wines, and food
*
Fluent in English with great communication skills
*
Enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile
