About Our Client Our client support young people aged 11-19 with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) whose needs range from Autistic Spectrum Condition and ADHD in a nurturing environment.
Job DescriptionSupport with the day-to-day management of the schoolDemand ambitious standards for all pupils, instilling a strong sense of accountability in staff for the impact of their work on pupil outcomesCreate an outward-facing school which works with other schools and organisations to secure excellent outcomes for all pupils Implement a full enrichment programme across the school Monitoring progress towards the achievement of the school's aims and objectives.
The Successful Applicant A successful Assistant Headteacher at our SEN Specialist School should have:A recognised teaching qualification.Proven experience in SEN education and leadership.A deep understanding of SEN policy and practice.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.A commitment to inclusive education and pupil achievement.The ability to inspire, motivate, and lead a team.
