I am searching for a fab HR professional who is looking for their next move- at Assistant HR Manager level within a highly successful global law firm, to join on a 12 Month FTC, as soon as possible. This exciting opportunity will support the
Litigation, Arbitration and Employment and IPMT
practice in the UK in achieving its strategic goals and objectives on a regional basis
In this role you will be:
Working closely with the Business Leaders in achieving both their strategic and operational targets
Giving support and advice working with the Head of HR- UK, across a wide variety of both strategic and operational HR matters such as change management, employee relations, performance management, talent management, salary and bonus reviews, international secondments, and interpreting policy;
ER- partner on issues
Collaborate with resource planning teams
Provide advice and support on a range of HR issues
Be supporting with international secondments in partnership with our Head of Global Mobility
Ad-hoc projects as and when required
Working closely to support and develop with the Senior HR advisor in the team
The job holder will have a high level of energy, drive and commerciality combined with the presence and credibility to deal with a discerning audience. He/she will demonstrate a collaborative style, and will work as an effective team member who is able to build a network of relationships internally and externally in a multi-cultural and matrix environment.
You will ideally have law firm experience, and ideally be CIPD qualified.
