Assistant Store Manager

Eric Bompard is looking for an Assistant Manager for our King's Road shop to start in may.As a true ambassador of the House and under the responsibility of the Store Manager, your main missions will be the following :The art of selling :To provide our customers with a real experience through a personalised "story telling" by taking them on a journey into the world of our House, presenting our timeless products and exceptional creations.To build loyalty among our local and international customers.Team management and sales performance :Manage, lead and coach your team around the culture of results and the values of our House.Share with your team your taste for excellence so that each of our customers has a unique shopping experience.You will be responsible for the administrative, HR and logistical management of your shop and will guarantee quality standards (visual merchandising and general storekeeping). You have a minimum of 2 years' significant experience as a Senior Salesperson or Assistant Store Manager in the fashion industry.You are dynamic and a good communicator, you have leadership qualities and you know how to listen to and unite your teams.You are able to make proposals for the positive development of the shop and take initiatives.You have a real culture of retail and fashion.Finally, you are available to work on some Sundays.
