About the role
You will work with our team of healthcare copywriters, art directors and designers to conceive and execute a variety of brand communication and engagement projects through a wide range of media. In a hands-on role, working with, and reporting to, the Creative Directors, you will be jointly responsible for the quality of the creative work that Avalere Health produces, ensuring it is always as impactful and effective as possible. You will act as creative director on some brands, and mentor, develop and nurture junior creatives, particularly conceptual copywriters. You will champion effective creativity internally and externally, working closely with brand teams and other colleagues to promote its value.
