Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring the highest quality service.
Foster and maintain strong client relationships, identifying areas of additional service provision.
Mentor, train, and develop audit teams, ensuring they have the necessary tools and skills.
Oversee audit planning, fieldwork, and reporting, ensuring compliance with the firm's methodology and external regulations.
Participate in business development initiatives, driving growth for the audit department.
Collaborate with other departments and partners to provide holistic services to clients.
Stay updated with industry trends, technical standards, and changes in regulations to ensure the firm’s practices are current.
Requirements:
Must have previous experience working within a UK Practice environment.
Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent).
Proven track record in managing and leading audit teams.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong technical proficiency in UK GAAP, IFRS, and auditing standards.
Business development acumen, with a proven track record in client relationship management.
Ability to handle multiple priorities, deadlines, and clients without compromising on quality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £70,000.00-£95,000.00 per year
