As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the social, emotional, and behavioural development of our students.

Your responsibilities will include:


  • Building positive relationships with students, providing guidance and encouragement.
  • Implementing strategies to support students in managing their behaviour and emotions effectively.
  • Collaborating with teachers and parents to develop individualised behaviour plans.
  • Providing mentorship and guidance to help students overcome challenges and reach their full potential.
  • Creating a safe and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and respected.

The ideal candidate will:


  • Have previous experience working with students in a school or youth setting.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate empathy, patience, and a positive attitude.
  • Be adaptable and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have a genuine passion for supporting students' social and emotional well-being.
