A great 12-monthinterim role is now available for an experienced Benefits & PensionsManager to join a leading financial services business. The role willbe to support their UK and EMEA populations with comprehensiveBenefits advice, undertaking a review on what provision gaps exist ineach location and examine where these gaps can be closed or improveharmony across their locations. Reporting into the Head of Benefits,you will be responsible for giving the business a detailed view onwhere they are and where changes can be made and the commercial impactof any change programme.Manage thebenefit provision identifying, evaluating, and implementing newinitiatives as appropriate.Manage and deliver individualbenefits, ensuring that they provide value for money, keep to highservice standards, remain market competitive and are renewed in atimely and effective manner.Solid experience of working withflexible benefits providers, understand scheme design andconfiguration of flexible benefits plans and programsExperienced in benchmarking benefits programs to ensurecompetitiveness and developing plan changes to meet benchmarkrequirements.You will be responsible for the strategicdirection and ongoing relationships with all benefit suppliers andbrokers and create mutually rewarding relationships with them.Continually focus on new communication initiatives, embracingboth technology and collaboration with suppliers to further promotebenefits & pensions across the workforce and develop and updatebenefit guidance and policies where necessary.Manage thepension and benefits budget, making sure they are kept within agreedlimits for the financial year.Have prior experience ofworking with finance and external actuaries to manage Pensionliabilities and account as well as disclosures for financialstatements.As a result, the business is looking tomeet experienced Benefits Managers who are immediately available andare able to commit for at least 12 months (there is a possibility thisrole could be extended).
