BMS Project Manager/Engineer

Are you looking for a new contract role within BMS? If so, then you are in the right place! I am currently looking for a mid-senior level BMS Project Manager/Engineer for a new contract in the South of the UK.
BMS Project Manager OR Engineer
6 Month Contract Outside of IR35
Daily Rate DOE
Sites all based in Central London
Option for 1-2 days remote working
Experience:
Must have a strong BMS background
Good understanding of the full BMS project life-cycle
Being able to assist with design, software & graphics would be advantageous
Experience in producing DesOps (Description of Operations) & Points Schedules/Points Lists
Programme Planning
A strong understanding of the commercial aspects of Project Management
A good understanding of HVAC & mechanical plant
Willingness to help with Commissioning, Service, Software & Graphics
Experience in handling multiple projects at once
50k-500k value minimum
Trend, EcoStruxure, Distech OR Tridium Experience
