Brand Manager – Leading Wine Supplier – South of England - Up to £55,000k DOE My client is a renowned and respected player in the wine industry, committed to producing exceptional wines that delight wine enthusiasts around the world.
With a rich history spanning a number of years, we have a portfolio of premium wine brands that have consistently received critical acclaim and consumer loyaltyWe are seeking a dynamic and passionate Brand Manager to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.
If you have a deep love for wine, a knack for marketing, and a desire to elevate our wine brands to new heights, we want to hear from you.As the Brand Manager for our wine portfolio, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance brand equity.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, production, and design, to ensure our wines are positioned effectively in the market.Brand Manager Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans for our wine brands, with a focus on achieving sales and revenue targets.Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for brand differentiation.Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling brand messaging, packaging, and marketing materials.Manage the budget for brand marketing initiatives and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources.Analyse and report on brand performance, using data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adjustments.Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and industry influencers.Monitor and protect the brand's reputation, ensuring all marketing activities align with our brand values and quality standards.Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes related to wine marketing and branding.
The ideal Brand Manager
Previous experience in Brand Management within a Wine company or similar with a large portfolio of products.Proven track record of successfully launching and growing wine brands.Strong understanding of the wine market, consumer preferences, and industry regulations.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.WSET level 2 or above required.
