Building Control Surveyor

Our client a Multi-Disciplinary Consultancy are currently recruiting for a Building Control Surveyor to join them on a full time, permanent basis from their growing Leeds office.The ideal candidate will be a fully registered Building Control Surveyor or applied to be, Yorkshire based with experience in the residential / commercial sector.Building Control Surveyor Position OverviewSurvey unsafe buildings, giving advice or approving their demolitionWrite inspection reports and issue completion certificatesInvolvement in a wide variety of work with plan checking, site inspections and project management duties.Ensure project runs smoothly from inception to completion, whilst ensuring compliance with the building regulations.Building Control Surveyor Position RequirementsPrior experience as a Building Control Surveyor in the residential/commercial sectorFully registered or applied to be (Level 2F or 3G)Open to level 2D/E in the North Yorkshire areaDegree qualifiedFull or part qualified RICS or CABEBuilding Control Surveyor Position RemunerationSalary: £45k - £65k (Guide only - DOE)Car allowanceFlexible working arrangementMileage coverHoliday allowancePension schemeFurther benefits to be discussedBennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
