Building Services Manager- Construction - Wexford, IrelandTheBuilding Services Managerposition plays a crucial role in the management and implementation of Building Services.As aBuilding Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our project delivery team.Working closely with project managers and subcontractors, you will oversee all electrical/mechanical activities, manage resources efficiently, and uphold our uncompromising standards of quality and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesManage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle fromPre-Construction & Planning, Construction, Testing & CommissioningCo-ordinate design team information & details in time for project delivery activitiesEnsure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the projectEnsure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety.Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of approved quality plan.Monitor programmes & review installation progress of MEP services.Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors and the wider project team.Specific RequirementsMechanical/Electrical Third level qualification.7years experience in building services co-ordination.Previous Main Contractor experience is preferred.Excellent IT skills.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.Strong client focus.If this role is of interest to you, please apply now!#LI-ID1JBRP1_UKTJ
