Our client is on the lookout for a talented, people-focused Business Analyst to join their team.As a Business Analyst, you'll be an integral part of our client's Transformation department, forging strong connections across various facets of our business. Your role will involve engaging with people and gathering requirements for high-profile programmes, ensuring that the most effective solutions are selected to address business challenges and opportunities. Your efforts will be focused on maximising returns on our project investments.Key ResponsibilitiesCultivate relationships throughout the firm to understand and enhance existing services and processes.Take a lead role in firm-wide project intake process, crafting clear and standardised project proposals for new project and programme requests.Assist in developing project business cases, outlining costs, benefits, impacts, and risks.Gather and manage business requirements for large-scale transformational projects.Produce and maintain top-tier requirements documentation, including definitions, catalogs, and process maps.Conduct gap analyses and propose feasible business solutions.Collaborate with third parties to achieve our business objectives.Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops.Provide oversight to ensure that project outcomes and benefits are captured, tracked, and realised.Skills and ExpertiseProficiency in business analysis and stakeholder management.Demonstrated experience in a similar role within a law firm or professional services environment.Recognised business analysis certification (e.g., IIBA, BCS).Advanced knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques, including process mapping and gap analysis.Experience in building business cases, quantifying return on investment, and identifying options for business change.Sound understanding of project management techniques and tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Visio.Ready to make your mark in the world of legal transformation?
