Eight Versa has an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Administrator.This supportive role will enable us to provide a smooth and professional services to our clients and help us build strong relationships with current and potential clients.This is a three-month fixed-term contract (FTC) and requires an immediate start.Your Responsibilities:Manage incoming calls and voicemails.Follow up with inquiries from new and potential clients.Manage and update our database / CRM of current and potential clients.Schedule meetings for the business development team.Support the business development team in preparing proposals and bids in accordance with company guidelines.Engage with the wider technical team to develop an understanding of our services.Personal attributes and skills:Excellent organizational and administrative skills.Experience with CRM systemsProficient in Microsoft Office SuiteMust be able to prioritise and organise own workload with attention to detailAble to work independently and as part of a teamExpressions of interest:If you'd like to be part of our amazing team, please apply via LinkedIn or please contact us at
