Business Development Manager

Our client is extremely excited to advertise the role of a Business Development Manager.
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identification and engagement of employers with Health and Safety and Human Resources consultancy and training needs.
Duties will include:
Developing and maintaining good strong relationships with external organisations
Identifying and promoting Health and Safety courses to employers
Meet and where possible exceed all targets and KPIs
To identify employers who have a need for Health and Safety and Human Resources consultancy.
To identify and engage in networking groups to promote our services and identify training and consultancy needs.
Responding to client enquiries and providing support to their requirements
Attending promotions days at clients premises when required and promoting the companys services to potential customers
Accurately and timely completion paperwork and quotations
Effectively communicating with other staff members about day-to-day activities
