Business Development Manager

I am currently working with a client in the road haulage/transport sector, who are seeking a new Business Development Manager

They are a well-established company, with other 40 years of successful business.

Salary - basic �40,000-�60,000 DOE, with a commission structure on top with OTE �100,000

Full-time, hybrid (Towcester) - there is flexibility for this to be fully remote for the right candidate.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building, and maintaining customer relationships, conducting market research, and developing sales strategies.

About you:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Knowledge of the transport industry, road haulage services, or logistics
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field is desirable, but not essential
