As the men's hair system market experiences rapid growth, we are dedicated to establishing ourselves as the preferred partner for specialist salons across Europe, providing high-quality products and unparalleled support. Position Overview:We are seeking a dynamic and driven Business Relationship Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing existing wholesale accounts across Europe while strategically expanding our network by bringing on board salons that offer wigs and men's hair systems. Your efforts will contribute to positioning Ghostbond as the go-to brand for hair bonding solutions in the salon industry. Responsibilities: ·
Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale accounts in Europe.·
Identify and approach specialist salons offering wigs and men's hair systems to establish them as Ghostbond wholesale stockists.·
Collaborate with salons to communicate the benefits of partnering with Ghostbond and becoming official stockists.·
Educate salons about our extensive product range, encouraging them to explore beyond Ghostbond glues.·
Provide specialist training to salons, enabling them to maximize the utilization of our products and services.·
Develop and execute strategies to minimize salon purchases from online retailers, redirecting sales to Ghostbond.·
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies and offerings.·
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and materials for salons.
Qualifications: ·
Proven experience in business development, account management, or sales, preferably within the beauty or haircare industry.·
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.·
Strong understanding of the salon industry, particularly in the field of wigs and men's hair systems.·
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented individual with a passion for achieving and surpassing targets.·
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing market dynamics.·
Adept at problem-solving and identifying opportunities for business growth.·
Flexibility to work 30-37.5 hours per week with potential for a hybrid remote working arrangement.·
