Their main product is billing system solutions, complemented by analytics add-ons for data analysis and AI capabilities.THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESReporting into the Head of Global Analytics, you'll manage a team of 3 Data Developers. The team supports clients in Europe, NZ, Aus, Singapore, and the UK.As the BI Visualization Team Lead, your responsibilities will include:Stakeholder Management: Lead the BI team, participate in strategic decisions, and collaborate closely with the customer success team.Hands-On Work: Solve client issues, focus on technical development of the product, especially in Tableau and Power BI visualization.Data Protection: Manage sensitive data for government-owned clients, ensuring compliance and security.YOUR EXPERIENCEIdeal candidates will have experience with:Tableau and Power BI, with a preference for Tableau due to upcoming projects.
