RESPONSIBILITIES
Imagery Management:
Assist in maintaining up-to-date imagery of samples and ensure accurate uploads to partner websites.
Administrative Support:
Provide ad hoc administrative assistance to ensure smooth team operations.
Sample Management:
Handle the organisation and tracking of samples.
Critical Path Support:
Aid the Buying team in meeting critical path deadlines by assisting with data entry, reporting tasks, and order entry system management.
Photo Studio Collaboration:
Partner with the internal photo studio to ensure all bought samples are shot.
Order Coordination:
Assist in sending order data sheets to partner websites and coordinate barcode processes.
Inventory Tracking:
Monitor intake into the business and partner websites, including booking deliveries and liaising with warehouse staff.
Data Accuracy Maintenance:
Ensure accurate maintenance of critical information such as price, quantity, delivery date, and supplier details.
Warehouse Liaison:
Communicate with warehouse staff regarding partner drop ship stock levels.
Third Party Site Maintenance:
Responsible for regularly checking partner websites to check for discrepancies and amending them accordingly.
