As the C# Application Development Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving the development and delivery of C# and .NET applications, leveraging your expertise in enterprise technologies and AWS infrastructure.
The C# Application Development Team Lead will:
Design, develop, and maintain C# and .NET applications, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
Oversee the deployment and operation of applications on AWS infrastructure, optimising performance and scalability.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team capabilities, productivity, and efficiency.
Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing insights and recommendations on technology stack, architecture, and tooling.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience in a leadership role, managing engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
