About the Role:
The Qualifications Administrator role within the ICE Group plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth running of our professional review process.
Responsibilities:
Process applications within deadlines, including acknowledging applications and following up for missing information.
Notify candidates of interviews (both online and in-person)
Assist with the preparation and release of results
Provide administrative support to the wider team
You are a perfect fit if you have:
Minimum of 1-2 years of proven administrative experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Resilience and the ability to handle pressure
A meticulous eye for detail and a focus on accuracy
Ability to work autonomously while also being a team player
Experience working in a membership organisation is a plus
What We Offer:
£23,500 per annum
25 days holiday + 8 days public hols + Christmas shutdown
