Job Title: Caf� manager
Salary: up to �15 per hour dependent on experience
Location: Newbury
Location type: Community caf�
Hours: 5/7, days. you would not be expected to work Sundays and would be given 1 Saturday off a month.
Approx. 35 hours a week
Our client is looking for a caf� manager to join the team looking after a caf� located within a local community site. This caf� looks after visitors for the site and is only open on Wednesday -Sunday day times.
What you bring
* Previous managerial experience
* Warm and friendly manor
* Ability to adapt to changes quickly and calmly.
* Ability to lead from the front.
* Previous stock ordering experience
* Previous rota experience
* Ability to cook simple foods.
* Food and hygiene awareness and confidence in enforcing and training the team on these requirements
* Understanding of allergens and the allergen processes and regulations
