Call Centre Agent

This well-established organisation is seeking a Call Centre Agent to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This role would suit someone who is seeking a long term career working for a highly professional and forward thinking organisation. The ideal candidate will be customer focused and thrive working in a busy and ever changing environment, a positive attitude with a passion for supporting and helping people is key for this role.

This is a full-time office based role in Basingstoke and the working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 to 17:30.

Duties

• Responding to incoming/outgoing customer calls


• Advising customers with regards to their savings products


• Provide support to customers wishing to open accounts


• Management and maintenance of customer accounts

Skills

• Grades A-C / 9-4 in English and Maths.


• Telephone experience


• Customer service driven


• Positive "cando" attitude


• Works well in a team but can also be self-motivated


• Keen eye for detail


• Good understanding of working on computer, specifically with Microsoft Office products


• Good at multi-tasking and prioritising workload


• Comes across clear and well-spoken via telephone
