Carpenter/Multi Trade

We are looking for a Carpenter/Multi Trade in the Midlands area working for a highly established company. This position is working within the maintenance team, within commercial properties, on a permanent contract.
As the Carpenter/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:

• Carpentry repairs - hanging doors, locksmith work, skirting, architraves etc.
• Basic plumbing - fitting taps, sinks, toilets etc.
• Patch plastering, patch tiling, painting etc.

The successful Carpenter/Multi Trade person will:

• Have Full driving license
• Have a valid Blue or Gold CSCS card
• Hold a Qualification in a relevant trade
