CFO

A well-known, PE backed Professional Services business is looking to hire an ambitious and high energy CFO to join them as they continue to grow and expand domestically and internationally. They have a strong international presence and are looking to further expand this in time, either organically or through M&A.The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, exposure to working at board level and prior experience in working for a PE owned business and have gone through an exit process.They have a very strong senior management team and you will be joining an excellently run operation that is set up to succeed in the near future, continuing to build on an impressive run of form. Based in central London with a flexible working policy, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a leader within their field.The CFO role includes:A key member of the Senior Leadership Team helping to develop and implement the strategy businessProvide commercial insight and leadership across the business in order to exceed business plan targetsResponsible for ensuring the risk and compliance management framework is embedded and operational for the GroupProviding leadership, direction and management of the finance and accounting teamDrive the financial planning of the company by continuously reviewing actual performances of the assets to their budgets, work with relevant teams to ensure budgets are met and report to the board of the performance and any risks.Retain constant awareness of the company's financial position and act to prevent any problems.Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyse internal operations, and identify areas for process improvementRequirements of the CFO:Fully qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA or CIMA)Previous experience in working in a PE environmentHaving being and ideally lead on an exit (IPO/sale/PE)Strong commercial experience and a track record of growing a businessExperience in a services based businessFor more information please apply or contact me at ##### Walters Operations Limited is an employment business and employment agency and welcomes applications from all candidates
