We are looking for a Chief Cardiac Physiologist to join our echo team, in Lincolnshire. This is a full-time, permanent position, working across different clinic locations in the Lincolnshire region. Part-time hours would also be considered.As a Chief Cardiac Physiologist with InHealth, you will be proficient with BSE reporting guidelines, providing a safe and welcoming clinical environment for patients. You will have the opportunity to mentor and support our trainee physiologist and be involved in our clinical audit programme.Main duties of the jobPerform and report adult trans-thoracic echocardiograms in line with [1] BSE minimum data set and [2] local reporting guidelines.Provide expert clinical guidance via our second opinion rota, ensuring our reporting guidelines are adhered to during clinical peer-review.Ensure quality assurance checks on equipment and action as appropriateSubmit reports and archive study images in accordance with contractual requirements and local SOPsLiaise with relevant hospital departments and GP practices for urgent clinical referralsSupport with patient bookings, ensuring patient information systems are maintained.About usInHealth is the UKs largest specialist provider of diagnostic and healthcare solutions.
