As Chief Engineer you will be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of all areas of the hotel including equipment, services, buildings and plant. You will act as project manager for any planned refurbishment work and be the central point of contact for all parties. You will also be expected to build and maintain good relationships with contractors and monitor their labour while they are on site. As the main technical manager at the hotels you will provide advice and guidance on all technical and building matters as well as supporting health and safety and ensuring that all statutory requirements are met. You will create a PPM programme and oversee implementation.
