Cleaning Manager

As a Cleaning Manager located in Sudbury, you'll oversee an Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract with a focus on service excellence and operational success.

Responsibilities include ensuring high standards, leading teams, managing budgets, and fostering client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead teams, ensuring adherence to policies and legislative requirements.


• Manage site security and manpower planning.


• Drive sales, manage budgets, and maintain stock control.


• Engage in client and stakeholder liaison, maintaining excellent relationships.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IFM contract management and team leadership.


• Expertise in Cleaning and other facilities services.


• Strong financial acumen and communication skills.


• Commitment to continuous improvement.

Experience with a manufacturing background, including industrial cleaning, would be desirable
