This is a new and strategic position aimed at establishing trusted strategic partner relationships within key accounts spanning various industries.
This multifaceted position encompasses driving profitable sales growth, expanding OBSS Technology's influence, ensuring successful delivery, and influencing client strategies to foster high performance and continuous innovation across diverse industries.
Your Role:
Industry Insight and Consulting Expertise:
Utilize your extensive consulting experience to understand intricate client requirements and industry dynamics.
Strategic Partnership:
Lay the foundation for becoming a trusted strategic partner for client executives and top management across diverse industries. Lead client relationship development, account growth strategies, and communication of the account vision tailored to each industry.
Business Development Leadership:
Oversee business development and performance initiatives for major clients across different industries.
Team Leadership:
Mentor, inspire, and lead the account team to enhance business value and insights for various industries.
Growth Leadership:
Drive profitable growth through participation in deal negotiations and alignment with client expectations, team capabilities, and OBSS Technology's ambitions.
Client Relationship Management:
Manage day-to-day client relationships and guide strategic discussions across industries.
Experience Enhancement:
Champion collaborative experience-building with clients, considering commercial viability and exceptional standards for diverse industries.
Identify Opportunities:
Lead in identifying gaps in business landscapes and contribute to innovative solutions for potential new business opportunities across industries.
Solution Delivery Leadership:
Drive support for sales opportunities and solution delivery by leveraging OBSS Technology's comprehensive capabilities.
Collaborative Leadership:
Collaborate with the Client Success Leadership Team to strengthen client relationships and enhance offerings across industries.
Service Delivery Strategy:
Lead the development of a strategic service delivery approach across one or more client portfolios, considering the unique needs of each industry.
Your Team:

Qualifications:
At least 15 years of experience in client management, with a track record of driving value and leading teams, complemented by a strong consulting background.
Proven managerial experience, showcasing effective organizational processes and teamwork.
Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
Ability to manage multiple tasks alongside learning and development opportunities.
