Your Role:
Payments Expertise:
Leverage your extensive background in the Payments domain to understand intricate client requirements and industry nuances.
Strategic Partner:
Establish yourself as a trusted strategic partner for client executives and top management in the Payments sector. Develop client relationships, strategize account growth, and communicate the Payments-focused account vision.
Business Development:
Oversee business development and performance for major clients in the Payments sector of the Financial Services Industry.
Team Leadership:
Inspire, coach, and develop the account team to maximize business value and Payments-related insights.
Profitable Growth:
Drive profitable growth by negotiating and selling deals that align with Client expectations, Team capabilities, and OBSS​ Technology ambitions within the Payments landscape. Collaborate closely with Sales and Account teams.
Client Relationship Management:
Manage day-to-day client relationships and provide strategic direction for all Payments-related aspects of the account.
Experience Enhancement:
Foster collaborative experience-building with the client, balancing commercial viability and exceptional standards in the Payments domain.
Identify Opportunities:
Identify gaps in the Payments business landscape and propose innovative solutions for potential new business opportunities.
Solution Delivery:
Support sales opportunities and solution delivery by leveraging OBSS​ Technology's comprehensive capabilities in Payments.
Collaborative Leadership:
Collaborate with the Customer Success Leadership team to fortify client relationships and enhance the Payments offering.
Service Delivery Strategy:
Lead the strategic service delivery approach across one or more client portfolios in the Payments sector.
Your Team:
Our Financial Services Client Account Lead Group is an entrepreneurial team dedicated to delivering value through the power of One OBSS. By collaborating closely with account teams and capability leads, we identify concrete opportunities and drive business development efforts in the Payments domain.
Qualifications:
At least 15 years of managerial and management experience, with a strong background in the Payments sector.
Proven track record in managing productivity-driven operations, particularly in Payments.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and analytical skills.
Effective communication skills across all levels of employees and management.
Ability to manage multiple projects alongside daily responsibilities.
